The combustion oxygen analyzer XRZ250 from PST is designed for monitoring of oxygen content within flue or stack gases during the combustion process.

The compact zirconium dioxide analyzer measures percentage level (0-25%) oxygen. The probe is manufactured from 316 stainless steel and can handle sample temperatures up to 700°C with an insertion length of 435mm. The sample is extracted to the sensor chamber and returned to the flue via the Pitot effect, so in most cases, there is no need for instrument air. The analyzer uses our microion pump sensor (MIPS) technology and operates without the need for an air reference.

The XZR250 comes with relays, analog outputs and MODBUS digital communications. Pressure and temperature compensation are included making it a complete analyzer for combustion optimization and burner/boiler trim applications.
