Process Sensing Technologies ("PST") acquires SensoScientific Inc.

Process Sensing Technologies ("PST"), a leading provider of measurement and monitoring solutions for process-critical applications, has today announced it has completed the acquisition of SensoScientific Inc., a specialist in remote, IoT-based environmental monitoring solutions serving customers in healthcare and life science markets.

SensoScientific was founded in 2005 and has since been at the forefront of developing wireless temperature monitoring systems for highly regulated organizations which need to meet rigorous environmental control standards. Supplying this very demanding customer group, where the cost of failure can be disastrous, SensoScientific has built an excellent reputation on the market.

The company provides innovative monitoring instrumentation, cloud-based wireless technology, accredited calibration services, and 24/7 technical support. This complimentary product and service offering will strengthen PST and further enhance our existing monitoring capabilities.

The business is based in Simi Valley, California, and will become a vital part of PST's Real-Time Monitoring Solutions ("RMS") Business Unit, building on our continued investment in this segment.

SensoScientific was founded by Mike Zarei who will continue as CEO along with the current leadership team.
