Overview

The QMA601-LR Moisture Analyzer is designed to provide reliable, fast and accurate measurement of ultra-low trace moisture content in natural gas in NGL fractionation and LNG liquefaction applications. It has a lower detection limit of 0.02 ppmV with reliable accuracy at sub-ppm trace moisture levels. The low-range variant is the result of Michell Instruments' ongoing efforts to improve Quartz Crystal Microbalance technology for ultra-low trace moisture measurements down to 20ppbV. While measurements of quantities of moisture at ppbV levels stretch other technologies, the new QMA601-LR can offer reliability, simplicity, and greatly reduced cost of ownership from trusted and proven quartz crystal technology.

The analyzer requires only minimal routine maintenance to ensure low cost of ownership. It features an intuitive ‘through the glass’ touchscreen interface which is both easy to use and means that the analyzer can be interrogated and configured without the need for a hot works permit.

Suitable for use with natural gas containing up to 20 % hydrogen with no further modification required.
