Unique system protects electrochemical oxygen sensors from liquid damage

In processes such as biogas production there is a risk that sample gas may contain entrained liquid. If this is not removed, it will damage both the analyzer and sensor, resulting in a process shutdown and un-planned maintenance.

We have developed a unique liquid drain system that effectively prevents this from happening, potentially saving thousands of dollars in shutdowns and maintenance. When fitted, it ensures that any entrained liquids flow out of a vent, while the sample gas diffuses up towards the sensor.
